Service Aftersales Manager

 Job Description:


JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Formulate after-sales service plans for the companys vehicle models; coordinate with dealers after-sales systems; and oversee the establishment and maintenance of the after-sales service network.

2. Conduct management training for dealers to ensure they operate in alignment with brand requirements, promoting a consistent and professional brand image.
3. Provide service standards to ensure that all dealers deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers.
4. Handle customer complaints and feedback, improve customer satisfaction, and monitor dealer service performance.
5. Oversee the daily management, supervision, coordination, and performance evaluation of dealers.
6. Manage spare parts processes and systems, including warehouse operations and inventory control.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Automotive, or related fields.

- 7-10 years of experience in aftersales/service operations, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of automotive service procedures, operational standards, and customer service best practices.

- Proven leadership abilities, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
