Position: Senior Test Engineer

Salary Range: VND 32-38 mil (not including OT)

Location: Hai Duong

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and maintain testing systems, including ICT, FCT, offline programming, and burn-in processes.
• Develop and update all testing-related documentation, such as test instructions.
• Supervise technicians' daily tasks and provide technical training to enhance their skills.
• Monitor testing yields and assist in the failure analysis of Units Under Test (UUT).
• Design test methods and plans; oversee the fixture manufacturing process handled by suppliers. Train suppliers to build test jigs/fixtures that meet both company and customer requirements.
• Ensure all testers, fixtures, and tools comply with company standards and specifications.
• Manage the transfer of new technologies from overseas customers to the company. Effective communication with international clients via phone and email is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Electronics or a related field.
• 35 years of hands-on experience in testing-related roles in PCB/PCBA manufacturing companies.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Experience in tester development is an advantage.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
