Position: Production Electrical Engineering

Salary Range: 950-1100 USD

Location: Hai Duong

Reporting directly to Vietnamese PE Manager.

2 rounds of interviews: offline round with Vietnamese Manager and online round with US headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual is stationed at our factory in Vietnam and is responsible for handling production and technical matters from the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase through to full-scale manufacturing. The main focus of this role is to resolve technical problems and enhance existing processes throughout the entire factory.

• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee both pre-production and production phases to ensure products meet all specifications.
• Provide support during the prototyping stage to verify product requirements are achieved.
• Analyze assembly methods and estimate cutting times for products.
• Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Solve problems using innovative techniques and technologies.
• Research, select, and implement investments in machinery, tools, equipment, and auxiliary materials for production; prepare necessary resources for new product launches.
• Optimize processes to improve production capacity and reduce costs.
• Develop and regularly update quality control documents, such as QC sheets, operation manuals, and checklists for the production department.
• Assess and address production challenges, technical feasibility, and design improvements.
• Review the quality of electrical components and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to address and enhance product quality.
• Provide production support by responding to operational needs.
• Maintain a safe and organized workstation.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and submit regular updates to the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Electrical Engineer.
• Familiarity with system processes, especially SAP, is essential.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, 3D models, and engineering documentation.
• Understanding of regulatory and safety standards related to technical design.
• English communication skills are a plus.
• Experience with managing regulatory requirements for new products is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM 4:30 PM)

- 13th salary month+ bonus (April 30, September, year-end bonus), salary increase twice a year based on evaluation (average increase 5%).

- Probation period: 2 months, 85% basic salary + 100% allowance.

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.

- Insurance paid on full salary.
