INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Salary: Negotiation

Place: Ha Noi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong

Responsibilities:

• Calculate GSD standard time for new styles, input data, and update the system.
• Analyze sewing operations and determine standard time for each step.
• Support technical departments and team leaders in training workers on standard operations.
• Monitor operation improvements, propose solutions to enhance productivity and improve sewing line layout.
• Assist in developing operation standards and lean manufacturing processes.
• Create operation breakdown sheets, set labor norms, and update into the GSD system.
• Participate in researching production operations and improving each style as per customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good English 
• College or university degree in Garment Technology or related field.
• Experience in Industrial Engineering (IE).
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Preference for quick learners with strong logical thinking.
