Job Description:

- Supervise daily production activities to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery targets.

- Assign and monitor work schedules for operators to ensure smooth production flow.

- Enforce safety regulations, company policies, and work discipline on the shop floor.

- Support Production Manager in planning resources, materials, and equipment.

- Monitor production lines and report deviations in quality, output, or equipment performance.

- Provide coaching and guidance to operators, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of production documentation.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve technical and process issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing.

- Good knowledge of production processes, ERP system, and lean manufacturing tools.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Good at Chinses/ English (preffer Chinese)

- Ability to manage teams effectively under pressure.
