Process Engineer

Location: Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh

1/Job Description:

Develop and document assembly processes, including process sheets, operating procedures, spare parts lists, and preventive maintenance plans.

Define process steps, sequence of operations, material handling, and process control requirements, along with the preliminary process layout.

Establish process flexibility requirements based on proposed product configurations.

Prepare preliminary process specifications, equipment specifications, and system requirements.

Define the supply chain flow from raw materials to customer applications.

Formulate process step cycle times, efficiencies, yields, and relationships using dynamic modeling to ensure proper process and line balance (arrangement, rates, yield, utility, and capacity).

Prepare cost estimates for each level of approach.

Participate in Product/Process FMEA and risk assessment activities.

Identify and define critical product and process parameters.

Evaluate safety and occupational health aspects for each process.

Develop cost and operational justifications for the acquisition of major tooling.

Create detailed machine and tooling specifications for processes and equipment to be sourced from external suppliers.

2/ Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing (preferably connector).

Knowledge of process control, lean manufacturing, and problem-solving tools (8D, 5Why).

Able to analyze data and improve production performance.

Good English or Chinese communication skills
