1. Job Description

   • Perform and assist with daily accounting tasks under the guidance of supervisors.

   • Receive, verify, and file accounting documents; input data and record financial transactions.

   • Assist in tracking and reconciling accounting data, accounts receivable/payable, and income/expenses.

   • Support the preparation of invoices, vouchers, and other accounting-related documents.

   • Help consolidate data and prepare periodic accounting reports as requested.

   • Coordinate with relevant departments to verify, reconcile, and update financial figures.

   • Communicate and report work progress to Japanese managers/personnel in Japanese when necessary.

   • Receive professional guidance and on-the-job training.

   • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Department.

2. Requirements

   • Education: College or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.

   • Language: Ability to communicate in Japanese at work (JLPT N3 or above).

   • Experience: No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

   • Having at least 1 year of accounting experience is a plus.
