1. Job Description

• Develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly production plans to meet customer demand.

• Plan production schedules considering capacity, manpower, machine and material availability.

• Manage material planning (MRP) and ensure timely material availability with suppliers.

• Monitor inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG) and drive inventory reduction without affecting production.

• Analyze capacity and coordinate with PE/Production to improve line balancing and productivity.

• Monitor customer orders and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.

• Identify bottlenecks, implement recovery actions and minimize production stoppage.

• Ensure accurate SAP / ERP transactions and master data for effective planning.

• Lead and develop the PPC team, set KPIs and improve planning processes and performance.

• Work closely with Production, Purchase, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, NPD and other departments.

2. Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

• Experience: 7 - 12 years in PPC, production planning, material planning or supply chain.

• At least 3 -5 years in a supervisory managerial position.

• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing /Tier-1 / Tier-2 is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, inventory management, capacity planning and SAP / ERP.

• Good analytical, organizational, communication and leadership skills.

• Good command of English.

3. Benefits

• Compensation: Includes a guaranteed 13th-month salary and annual salary increments.
