RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage all SMT department operations, including production planning, delivery schedule management, workforce supervision, quality control, equipment management, and material coordination.
• Conduct production capacity analysis (CAPA), identify root causes of operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and ensure production targets are achieved. Prepare and submit regular reports to expatriate management.
• Oversee employee performance management, conduct evaluations, and develop training programs to strengthen technical capabilities and improve overall team performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SPI, MOI, and AOI inspection machines.
• Strong understanding of SMT equipment operation and manufacturing processes.
• Able to communicate effectively in English in a professional working environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

BENEFITS:

• Salary: VND 20–30 million/month + overtime allowance.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).
• 13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.
