1. Job Responsibilities:

   • Manage and train - provide programming and operational/professional guidance for subordinates.

   • Establish, operate, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

   • Establish quality objectives.

   • Develop and manage plans to achieve quality objectives.

   • Draft and execute the QMS internal audit program.

   • Develop and execute plans for reviewing and adjusting company-wide standards.

   • Propose projects to analyze, evaluate, and improve the overall quality status of the Company.

   • Handle customer complaints and resolve internal issues related to product quality.

   • Execute sampling and register process changes.

   • Prepare management review reports.

   • Report periodically to the person in charge regarding the company's quality status.

   • Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Technical, or related fields.

   • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management and 2 years of experience in an equivalent managerial position.

   • Strong understanding and capability in continuous improvement, with a high sense of goal orientation at work.

   • Strong problem identification and solving skills, logical thinking, and proactiveness.

   • Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above.

   • Ability to prepare reports for meetings.

   • Proficient in office computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

3. Benefits

   • Salary: 30,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND Gross.

   • Working hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday - Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.

   • Shuttle bus provided within Hai Duong province and from Hanoi to the factory.

   • 13th-month salary and a high number of annual days off (approximately 10 days more than other companies, following Japanese corporate culture).
