Raw Material Warehouse & Procurement Supervisor
Job Description:
I/ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the raw material warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuing, and warehouse process improvement.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, inspect incoming raw materials, and maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Manage raw material procurement contracts, delivery schedules, and supplier coordination to ensure a stable and timely material supply.
- Review import/export and shipping documentation, and coordinate logistics activities in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Analyze procurement and inventory data to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, Logistics, and other SCM functions to support smooth supply chain operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Section Manager.
II/ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in raw material warehouse and procurement management.
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred; coffee industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
