RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee all quality assurance activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, including product development, PP meetings, pilot runs, inline inspections, washing, finishing, and final audits. Ensure products consistently meet customer requirements, approved standards, specifications, fit, measurements, appearance, workmanship, and overall quality expectations.
• · Act as the key quality representative for customer visits, quality reviews, audits, and third-party inspections. Coordinate factory preparation, communicate customer quality expectations, follow up on audit findings, customer feedback, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure of all quality-related issues.
• · Ensure factory production processes strictly comply with quality manuals, SOPs, approved samples, technical specifications, testing requirements, and compliance standards. Monitor the effectiveness of quality control implementation and maintain consistency between approved samples and bulk production.
• Analyze quality performance, customer complaints, final audit results, inspection findings, and defect trends. Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor QA/QC team performance, provide quality guidance, and deliver relevant training to improve overall quality capability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in garment quality management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Extensive experience in denim garment manufacturing and washing processes.
• Experience working with international brands and managing buyer quality requirements is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of garment quality standards, garment construction, measurement specifications, fitting requirements, and workmanship criteria.
• Good understanding of denim washing processes, finishing techniques, shade consistency, shrinkage control, and garment appearance evaluation.
• Solid knowledge of AQL inspection procedures and factory quality management systems.
• Strong capability in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management, and quality problem-solving.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop QA/QC teams.
• Proficient in quality data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
