RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct production capacity analysis (CAPA), identify root causes of defects, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and propose solutions to achieve production targets; regularly report operational performance and results to expatriate management.
• Supervise and evaluate employee performance, develop training programs, and enhance team capabilities to improve departmental productivity and effectiveness.
• Further details regarding responsibilities and scope of work will be discussed during the interview process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in PCBA, SMT-related positions.
• Able to operate SMT machines.
• Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

BENEFITS:

• Salary: VND 20–30 million/month + overtime allowance.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).
• 13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.
• Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.
• Company shuttle bus provided from Hai Phong city to the factory.
