I. Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development & Sales Channel Expansion
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and collect customer and product data within the assigned market.
- Take full ownership of developing the assigned target market, including sales volume, revenue, and channel expansion.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, identify sales opportunities, and expand market presence.
- Develop, manage, and optimize sales channels to achieve business growth objectives.
- Formulate and execute business development strategies for assigned international markets.
- Recommend product improvements and pricing strategies based on market demands and competitive landscape.
- Lead commercial negotiations with international partners to establish long-term business partnerships and trading agreements.
2. Sales Team Development
- Advise senior management on strategies to attract and develop high-performing sales professionals.
- Build, motivate, and retain a talented sales team aligned with the company's long-term vision and business objectives.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to strengthen existing partnerships and expand sales channels.
- Meet with customers at manufacturing sites to understand production processes and business needs.
- Conduct business meetings with international customers, including regular visits to manufacturing facilities in overseas markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
4. Market Intelligence & Pricing Analysis
- Collaborate with the Market Intelligence and Marketing teams to monitor market trends, pricing movements, product quality standards, and international trade policies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to improve competitiveness and increase market share.
5. Supply Chain & Order Management
- Monitor the order fulfillment process and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize operational efficiency.
6. Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in International Business, International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development in plastic raw materials, plastic additives, filler masterbatch, or plastic-related chemical materials.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or equivalent leadership position within International Business Development or Import & Export.

Existing customer networks within industries such as:
- Plastic packaging
- Plastic injection molding
- Nonwoven fabrics
- Shopping bags
- Plastic manufacturing
- Plastic processing
Will be a significant advantage.
Professional Competencies
- Strong ability to develop customer acquisition and market expansion strategies with a 1–3 year business planning horizon.
- In-depth understanding of purchasing behaviors and sales channels within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
Language Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English or Chinese.
- Candidates who are fluent in both English and Chinese are highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 2,500 (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience).

- Monday to Friday: Office-based
- Saturday: Remote working
