Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain work standards, conduct time studies, and implement line balancing and manpower planning.
• Deploy and sustain Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by preparing process flow, production layout, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) to resolve production issues and improve process stability.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Design and optimize workstation layouts to ensure safety, ergonomics, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of engineering tools such as AutoCAD is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
