1. Job Description

   • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support.

   • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company and department's objectives and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

   • Foster strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and deliver customized HR solutions.

   • Lead talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

   • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to build a high-performance culture.

   • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

   • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.

   • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.

   • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

   • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver best-in-class HR service.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Chinese Study or relevant fields

   • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

   • Fluent Chinese or English

   • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and global HR trends.

   • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

   • Demonstrated ability to use HR analytics to drive strategic decisions.

   • Experience in the automotive industry or a global organization is a plus.

   • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.

   • Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

   • Ability to work under high pressure
