1. Job Description

   • Team Management & Supervision: Assign tasks, guide, and supervise the customs specialist/staff team to ensure accurate and timely execution of import-export declarations for processing and export-processing goods.

   • Customs Audit & Inspection Liaison: Directly work with, explain data to, and liaise with the Customs Branch during post-clearance audits, tax inspections, or physical factory inspections.

   • Settlement Report Control (BCQT): Take ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of the annual settlement reports on the usage status of imported raw materials, supplies, and machinery before submission to customs authorities.

   • Risk Control & Policy Guidance: Regularly update changes in customs laws and tax circulars to advise foreign management; handle arising incidents (HS code discrepancies, customs clearance channel bottlenecks, large-scale scrap disposal/reporting).

   • Process Standardization: Build and optimize cross-functional workflows between the Customs department and Logistics, Purchasing, and Accounting departments to prevent system data discrepancies.

2. Requirements

   • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.

   • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in import-export management and annual settlement reports (BCQT) within an Export Processing Enterprise (EPE) environment.

   • Professional Knowledge: Thorough and comprehensive understanding of customs laws and relevant specialized regulations.

   • Language: High proficiency in Chinese across all 4 skills (equivalent to HSK 5 or above), capable of communicating and reporting directly to foreign management.
