Job Description:
Job responsibilities
Overall Production Management: Oversee the entire manufacturing process, including Manual Insertion, SMT (Surface Mount Technology), Warehousing, Engineering Control, Production Engineering, Production Control, and fundamental QA operations.
Resource Optimization: Plan and determine the optimal utilization of factory resources and equipment to successfully meet production targets.
Cost Control: Monitor and control budgets, manpower, and labor costs effectively.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve production operations and manufacturing processes.
Target Achievement: Establish and ensure the full achievement of production output targets.
Group Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate smoothly with other companies within the Kaga Group.
Team Development: Train, mentor, and guide subordinates to enhance their professional skills.
Safety & 5S: Monitor and enforce 5S activities and workplace safety regulations within the factory.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Electronics Engineering or related fields.
Language: Good command of English. Japanese proficiency is a strong plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in production management.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and manufacturing operation processes, with deep expertise in Manual Insertion and SMT processes.
Benefits & Perks
Salary: Up to 40,000,000 – 45,000,000 VND gross/month.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, plus two Saturdays per month.
13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave.
Full Salary & Insurance during Probation: 100% salary paid during the probationary period, with full statutory Social and Health Insurance contributions.
Social Insurance contributed based on 100% of the gross salary.
