1. Job Description

   • Facilitate and coordinate the execution of Lean initiatives aimed at enhancing operational and cost efficiency.

   • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the successful implementation of Lean manufacturing programs and activities.

   • Organize and support project teams, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to schedules.

   • Assess and validate the completion of programs and activities while assisting teams in sharing best practices.

   • Coordinate the preparation of monthly reports on project team cost efficiency and savings for management review.

   • Develop training materials on Lean methodology and deliver training sessions to relevant departments and staff.

   • Assist in the creation and improvement of work instruction documents.

2. Requirements

   • Vietnamese citizen

   • Bachelor’s degree

   • Fluent in English or Chinese

   • 3-5 years of experience working at the same position in manufacturing companies.

   • Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, Poka-Yoke, and Six Sigma tools

3. Benefits

   • Salary range: 35-45mil gross

   • Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

   • The company does not provide shuttle bus or dormitories. For candidates who living far away, housing rental support is offered.
