1. Job description

• Production Planning & Reporting: Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production plans, and generate daily reports on production output.

• Capacity Planning & Analysis: Receive sales orders from the Sales department, analyze data, and calculate production capacity to estimate and allocate manpower and machinery requirements.

• Material Coordination: Collaborate with the Material Management and Material Planning teams to ensure sufficient raw materials are available for uninterrupted production.

• Performance Monitoring: Track, evaluate, and ensure the achievement of departmental KPIs.

• Change Control & Reporting: Monitor and control FCNs (Forecast Change Notices / Factory Change Notices) and prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.

2. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in related fields.

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in an equivalent position within a manufacturing enterprise.

• Language: Good command of English or Japanese, capable of using the language effectively for daily business operations.

3. Benefits & Perks

• Salary: 25,000,000 – 35,000,000 VND gross/month.

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, plus two Saturdays per month.

• 13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave.

• Full Salary & Insurance during Probation: 100% salary paid during the probationary period, with full statutory Social and Health Insurance contributions.

• Social Insurance contributed based on 100% of the gross salary.
