 Job Description:

POSITION: SALES MANAGER

REPORT TO: DIRECTOR

Salary: $2000 - $2500

Management 6 staff

A. Main Responsibility

  • Develop & build Sales team.
  • Do Sales coordination to achieve Sales target.
  • Meet customer satisfaction by controlling customer orders and handling requests and complaints.
  • Involve in development of new projects.
  • Seek new customers and increase customer and product base.
  • Establish good relationship and gain customer loyalty.
  • Update sales data and monitor customer payment.

B. Specification of the Job

  • New design development and follow new project development.
  • Follow up existing projects and new projects.
  • Do business intelligence such as survey, business meeting, etc.
  • Perform effective communication with customers by trying to meet customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints, to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Selling price and price bargaining, analysis & preapproval.

C. Job Qualification

  • Formal education: Bachelor Degree / Diploma +
  • Experiences: Min 810 years in related position
  • Strong B2B channels

Skills:

  • Understanding of machine utility, production and process (injection and blow machines).
  • Good sales and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Coordination skill to handle customers and projects.
  • Communication skill in English (Active).
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).

D. Job Relationship

  • Internal: Communicate with all related departments.
  • External: Customers, Material Suppliers, Mold Makers.
  • Authorization: See BUP (Business Unit Policy)
