Product Manager (HRM Software)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Research relevant regulations, labor laws, and global HRM products to identify trends and opportunities.
- Deeply understand enterprise HR processes (from recruitment, time attendance, payroll, tax, social insurance, etc.) to drive the development of the most widely adopted HRM software in Vietnam.
- Collaborate with relevant teams (Engineering Manager, Product Owner – design & analysis, and other stakeholders) to ensure the product is developed in the right direction, on schedule, and with high quality.
- Work with Marketing & Sales to expand customer base and market reach, helping achieve the company's business targets.
- Coordinate with Onboarding (implementation) and Customer Care teams to understand how customers use the software, identify implementation pain points, and generate ideas for product improvements that reduce deployment time, lower support requests, increase customer satisfaction, and improve usage & renewal rates.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields from top universities such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Academy of Finance, Vietnam National University, etc.
- Demonstrated ability and skills in:
- Market research and analysis
- Understanding customer / user psychology, behavior, and habits
- Data analysis and decision‑making
- Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Requirements management and prioritization
- Planning (business plan, implementation plan, product roadmap, etc.)
- Creativity and problem‑solving
- Self‑learning, systems thinking, and visual thinking
- Strong communication
- Teamwork, supporting team members, and influencing others to achieve common goals
- Passion for and long‑term commitment to technology product development, with a genuine interest in using technology to improve work efficiency. Desire to build products that bring value to society.
- Dynamic, flexible, willing to go to customer sites for field implementation in order to improve the product.
- Preferred:
- Candidates with experience as a Senior BA/PO/PM in software companies with HRM products.
- Candidates with 5+ years of experience as an HR or HR Manager in companies with 100+ employees.
- Candidates holding an MBA.
Additional Information
- Salary range: 40 - 55 million VND
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
