PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE (MALAYSIA MARKET)

Reports To: Digital Performance Marketing Leader
Level: Executive
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM, Monday – Saturday (Saturday alternate)
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
I/ Role Purpose:
Understand the Malaysia market. Responsible for operating and optimizing all Performance Ads campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) targeting the Malaysia market. The core objective is to maximize revenue, achieve target ROAS, and control cost per order (CAC/CPS) – driving sustainable sales growth in the international market.
II/ Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads targeting Malaysia users, ensuring revenue and ROAS KPIs are met.
- Research consumer behavior and insights in Malaysia to identify the right target audience and tailor advertising messages to local culture and language (English/Malay).
- Manage and control the Malaysia advertising budget as per plan (minimum 300 million VND/month).
- Coordinate with Brand, Content, and Media teams to develop creative assets suitable for the market, including copy, images, and video ads.
- Continuously conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, build periodic reports, and propose strategic adjustments.
- Coordinate with local agencies or partners in Malaysia when needed.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and new advertising platforms in the SEA region.
III/ Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with experience running campaigns in Southeast Asia (SEA), especially Malaysia.
- Experience managing advertising budgets of 300 million VND/month or higher.
- Experience in an agency or international e-commerce environment is a strong advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Communications, Public Relations, E-commerce, or related fields.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager – campaign setup, management, and optimization.
- Good knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio.
- Understanding of digital attribution, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
- Good English reading comprehension (for partner communication, data analysis, and writing English briefs); knowledge of Malay is an advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to plan and track personal goals.
- Flexible communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Quick adaptability to change and willingness to experiment with new approaches.
