JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive, analyze, and control product input documents, including technical drawings, product standards, customer requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with related departments (Production, Engineering, QA/QC, PIE, Equipment) to implement prototyping, testing, and evaluation of new products.
• Monitor the product testing process, collect data, analyze occurring defects, and propose improvement measures to ensure products meet requirements.
• Support the product transfer process from the development/testing stage to Mass Production, ensuring process stability.
• Coordinate to resolve technical and quality issues during trial runs and improve the manufacturing process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College or Bachelor's Degree in related technical fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Automation, Materials, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in R&D, NPI (New Product Introduction), manufacturing engineering, process improvement, or quality management is an advantage.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings, product documentation, and related technical standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of problems and provide effective improvement solutions.
• Good coordination and communication skills with relevant departments during the deployment of new projects/products.
• Proficient in Chinese (equivalent to HSK 5 or above), able to use it fluently in business communication; proficiency in English is an advantage.

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

• Work Location: Hai Duong
• Salary: ~ 30 - 40 million VND
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings per month.
