Job Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and optimize the workflow of the sample development and technical team to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Analyze issues arising during the sample development process, consolidate data, and propose improvement initiatives related to sample development technologies and processes.
• Develop and implement training plans to enhance the technical capabilities and professional skills of team members in sample development and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate closely with customers throughout the sample development stage, evaluate technical requirements, and propose suitable improvement solutions.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues during product development to ensure samples meet all requirements before mass production.
• Support the resolution of complex technical issues during bulk production and provide preventive and corrective improvement measures.
• Work directly with customers to ensure products meet technical specifications and manage sample approval processes according to customer requirements.
• Lead and manage the team, assign tasks, and promote effective collaboration among related departments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Garment Technology, Textile & Apparel, International Trade, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team leader, or managerial role.
• Strong background in garment technical engineering, garment construction analysis, product development, and sample testing.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese; candidates who can communicate effectively in both languages are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
• Experience working directly with customers and handling technical issues effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

• Working location: Hai Phong, Vietnam.
• Salary: Negotiable.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• 13th-month salary.
• Annual salary review and fiscal year bonus.
