SALES ENGINEER (HVAC / VRF / CHILLER)

Product line: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) / VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) / Chiller (Central Chiller System)

Location: Da Nang, Vietnam
Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday & Saturday morning
Salary: 18 – 25 million VND + commission

1. Job Description

• Find new customers (factories, buildings, industrial parks, hospitals, hotels, commercial centers) with demand for HVAC, VRF, or Chiller systems.
• Provide technical consultation, prepare quotations, negotiate and close contracts.
• Provide basic after-sales technical support.
• Monitor the market, update pricing and competitor activities.

2. Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales or technical experience in HVAC, VRF, Chiller, or industrial cooling equipment.
• Graduated from Vocational school / College / University in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (M&E), HVAC, Economics or related fields.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical documents.
• Good communication, energetic, proactive.
• Willing to travel for fieldwork and provincial assignments.
