Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Long Thanh, Dong Nai

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and translate customer requirements into quality standards and agreements.
• Manage customer complaints, product returns, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Plan and control product line quality; resolve internal quality issues in collaboration with production and R&D teams.
• Participate in customer and external audits, handle quality-related reception tasks, and follow up on corrective measures.
• Lead quality improvement projects, monitor progress, and ensure continuous enhancement of quality systems.
• Provide technical support to clients during quality reviews and audits.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance in manufacturing environments.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English or Chinese (Chinese preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure.
• Strong execution, resilience, and continuous learning mindset.
