I/ Job Description

1. Team Management:

  • Lead the purchasing team in managing supplier deliveries, implementing cost-down projects, and sourcing new suppliers.
  • Train and coach staff to improve their skills and capabilities.

2. Material Control:

  • Optimize inventory levels, categorize inventory, and ensure available stock levels and supplier delivery schedules meet customer requirements.
  • Check and monitor material shortages, communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, and ensure weekly production plans are met.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to create Bill of Materials (BOM) on the system, control ECN changes and 4M changes.
  • Timely update customer change requests to adjust material plans accordingly.
II/ Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good communication skills in Japanese or English required
  • Female, age 36 and above
III/ Benefits
  • Salary from VND 20,000,000 to VND 30,000,000
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday + 2 Saturdays/month
  • 13 months' salary, 12 days of annual leave, social insurance contributions based on total salary
  • 100% salary during probation, social insurance and health insurance contributions
  • 24-hour health insurance coverage
  • Transportation provided from Hanoi to the factory
