Job Description:

• Plan and manage order placement
• Monitor order status throughout sample development and mass production
• Lead a small team of 2–3 members; handle all product quality issues (UQ) and gradually expand the team to 5–6 members
• Report to the Regional Manager (RM) on all UQ issues; provide regular updates on order status, sample progress, inspection status, etc.
• Handle daily operational issues; supervise and train team members
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments to achieve optimal results
• Support and handle customer visits

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proficient in English (all 4 skills)
• Experience in team management within a manufacturing environment
• Preferably experienced in Order Management/Merchandising roles in manufacturing companies
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong data analysis skills
• Smart, proactive, and eager to learn

Shuttle Bus:

• Daily shuttle: Viet Tri Company; Company Vinh Phuc; Company Lam Thao, Yen Lap, Ha Hoa
