Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and continuously improve mechanical structures, jigs, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for mechanical failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Create, review, and update engineering drawings and technical documentation using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
• Collaborate with Production and Automation teams to optimize machine performance and process efficiency.
• Lead or support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical standards, safety regulations, and internal engineering guidelines.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and mechanical systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles within manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, automation, and engineering standards (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
• Good command of English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Proven project management and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
