1. Job Description

   • Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

   • Manage, coach, and develop the accounting team.

   • Coordinate and work with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to support audits, tax filings, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

   • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

   • Provide financial analysis and professional insights to support business decisions.

   • Stay up to date with accounting standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of financial management processes.

   • Establish and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or other related fields.

   • At least 3 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or Deputy Chief Accountant position within manufacturing companies.

   • Good at English – directly report to the Korean Manager.

   • Experience in tax refunds and consolidated financial reporting is an advantage.
