1. Job Description

   • Drive product quality during the New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production phases.

   • Drive end-to-end quality readiness throughout the manufacturing process.

   • Ensure in-factory quality for development builds and mass production.

   • Collaborate with design, engineering, and safety teams to establish appropriate quality control boards, inspections, and measurement protocols during manufacturing.

   • Prepare OK2X documentation (OK to Build, OK to Ship, etc.) for new product launches.

   • Create risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for new products under development.

   • Handle Customer Complaints and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issues from customers and the Packhouse.

   • Travel for business as required.

2. Requirements

   • Age: 25 – 40 years old.

   • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Science, Engineering, or related fields.

   • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a quality role within electronics or automotive manufacturing companies.

   • Familiar with industry quality and ISO standards. Solid knowledge of Quality processes and the application of Quality Tools (FMEA, 8D reporting, MSA, SPC, etc.).

   • Language: Good working proficiency in English or Chinese. Candidates proficient in Chinese are highly preferred.

3. Benefits & Perks
