1. Job Description

   • Import-Export Operations: Manage end-to-end import-export activities, including ordering, order tracking, documentation, payment, and delivery/receipt coordination.

   • Stakeholder Coordination: Work directly with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, and other relevant parties.

   • Customs Clearance & Documentation: Prepare import-export document sets (Invoice, Packing List, C/O, C/Q, etc.) and perform customs declarations.

   • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and stay updated on policies, regulations, and laws related to import-export operations.

   • Team Leadership: Manage, delegate tasks, and train personnel within the department.

   • Reporting: Report job progress and performance directly to upper management.

2. Requirements

   • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Import-Export, Foreign Economics, Logistics, or related fields.

   • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an equivalent position within Export Processing Enterprises (EPE). Prior experience in team management is preferred.

   • Language Proficiency: Strong English skills (fluent in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).

   • Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of import-export procedures, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.

   • Soft Skills: Excellent management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Benefits

   • Salary: up to VND 30,000,000/month (gross)

   • 13th-month salary (basic salary)

   • Year-end bonus equivalent to approximately one month’s salary, depending on company performance.

   • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

   • Working days: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday per month
