1. Job Description

   • Manage all Material department operations, including inbound and outbound material control, inventory management, loss control, and material flow optimization.

   • Oversee inventory accuracy and maintain data integrity across systems such as SLMS, ERP, and MES, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

   • Analyze inventory and operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making processes.

   • Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through performance management and continuous training initiatives.

   • Strong proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel is required to support inventory control and operational reporting.

   • Additional responsibilities and details will be discussed during the interview process.

2. Requirements

   • College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

   • The candidate has experience in managing a production warehouse.

   • Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

3. Benefits

   • Salary: VND 20–30 million/month + overtime allowance.

   • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).

   • 13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.

   • Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.

   • Company shuttle bus provided from Hải Phòng city to the factory.
