1. Job Description

   • Responsible for technical support, on-site project delivery, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Site Power solutions, ensuring system reliability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

   • Provide remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

   • Support on-site project delivery, including installation supervision, commissioning, testing, and acceptance of Solar PV, BESS, and Site Power systems.

   • Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, and technical issue resolution.

   • Prepare technical documentation, service reports, training materials, and spare parts requirements.

   • Coordinate with customers, EPC contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and handover.

   • Promote service solutions and identify potential service business opportunities.

   • Ensure service activities comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Renewable Energy, or related fields.

   • Relevant experience in Solar PV, BESS, Site Power, or power electronics is preferred.

   • Hands-on experience in on-site installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical power systems.

   • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

   • Familiarity with electrical testing equipment, commissioning procedures, and site safety requirements, permit-to-work procedures.

   • Ability to coordinate with EPC contractors, customers, and project teams during site execution and acceptance.

   • Good English communication skills (written and spoken) are required, including the ability to understand technical documentation, prepare reports, and communicate with international teams.

   • Willingness to travel frequently and work at project sites as required.

   • Relevant technical certifications are an advantage
