Job Description:

- Process improvement and maintenance, process setup and optimization.

- Create and maintain BOM/BOP for new parts and assemblies.

- Conduct cost evaluation for new projects and assemblies.

- Lead improvement workshops such as SMED, TPM, Hoshin, and QRQC to optimize changeover time, machine OEE, cycle time, productivity, and reduce quality scrap.

- Drive cost reduction projects to improve efficiency and reduce direct headcount.

- Coach technicians to resolve machine issues and support supervisors in operator training.

- Prepare Work Instructions (WI) and ensure training effectiveness.

- Use QAD system for process documentation and monitoring.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum 3 years of mechanical engineering experience.

- Knowledge of RoHS and hazardous chemicals handling.

- Understanding of ISO14001.

- Proficiency in English or Chinese

- Strong teamwork spirit and good hands-on skills.
