RESPONSIBILITIES:

Logistics Management
Shipping:
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange shipments according to company guidelines.
- Monitor the master shipping schedule and prepare all necessary forms and electronic documents for scheduling before export shipments depart from Vietnam and China.
- Communicate with designated agents to resolve issues related to vessel schedules in Vietnam.
- Familiarize with SOPs to update operational manuals received from consignees.
Customs Declaration:
- Prepare and finalize all required import-export documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc., ensuring their accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with customs brokers and authorities to guarantee timely shipment clearance, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth customs processing.
Customs Liquidation:
- Understand the procedures for using the VNACCS system.
- Compile and submit the annual customs liquidation report.
Trucking Management
- Organize export shipments by all modes of transport, maintain transportation records, and monitor shipments until they reach the port of discharge.
- Track import shipments and provide estimated arrival times at the factory to relevant departments.
- Express Delivery Management
- Arrange both domestic and international express deliveries upon departmental requests.
- Monitor and update the delivery status of packages.
- Shuttle Bus and Company Car Management
- Plan and manage daily employee transport and weekend travel arrangements
- Schedule company vehicles for business trips, guest pick-ups, and other purposes.
- Coordinate with transportation service providers to enhance service quality.
- Manage and update the weekly vehicle usage schedule.
Payment and Reporting
- Oversee payments for transportation and logistics service providers.
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports to management.
YÊU CẦU:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in import-export operations and logistics management, preferably within an EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) environment.
Skills:
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
