Project Sales Manager (VRF Systems/ Chiller/ Elevator)

 Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop VRF/ Chiller/ Elevator business and expand market presence

- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and investors

- Provide technical consultation and solutions

- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals

- Monitor project progress and payments

- Develop strategic plans for VRF/ Chiller/ Elevator business growth

- Manage customer feedback and after-sales service

- Lead and develop sales team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Minimum 7 years of VRF/ Chiller/ Elevator experience

- Strong network in VRF/ Chiller/ Elevator industry

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Leadership and team management ability
