1/ Job Description

• Lead and manage the plant quality system in compliance with lATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Manage customer complaints, lead 8D activities and improve customer quality performance.
• Ensure effective implementation of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC.
• Monitor process quality, reduce PPM, scrap, rework and improve First Pass Yield.
• Work closely with NPD, PE, Production and Supply Chain for new product development and launches.
• Develop and lead the Quality team, set KPls and drive performance improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a Zero Defect culture across the plant.

2/ Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• Experience: 8 - 12+ years in Quality, with at least 3 - 5 years in Quality Manager / leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and other quality tools.
• Experience in Wiring Harness, Lockset, automotive components or similar manufacturing preferred.
• Good communication, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.

3/ Benefits.

• Financial & Time Off: Fixed 13th-month salary, annual salary increments, and 12 days of annual leave.
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Office hours, no shift work). Currently working 2 Saturdays/month, with plans to implement 2-3 Saturdays off per month in the near future.
