1. Job Description

   • Manage, operate, and monitor inspection equipment on the production line to ensure stable performance and operational efficiency.

   • Set up, program, and continuously improve inspection machine programs to meet production and quality requirements.

   • Analyze production defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.

   • Optimize machine programs and operational processes to increase productivity, reduce defect rates, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.

   • Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through training and performance improvement initiatives.

   • Additional responsibilities and details will be discussed during the interview process.

2. Requirements

   • College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

   • At least 3 years of experience in SMT-related positions.

   • Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

3. Benefits

   • Salary: VND 20–30 million/month + overtime allowance.

   • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).

   • 13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.

   • Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.

   • Company shuttle bus provided from Hải Phòng city to the factory.
