Manage and oversee all SMT production line activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and schedules are met.
Assign tasks, manage manpower, and monitor team members’ performance and attendance.
Monitor and control production output, quality, and delivery schedules, and promptly address issues arising during production.
Coordinate closely with relevant departments, including PE, QA, SMT, Repair, and Warehouse, to ensure smooth and continuous production operations.
Monitor, consolidate, and report production-related issues to the management team in a timely manner.
Ensure employees comply with 5S, occupational safety regulations, internal policies, and production procedures.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to improve their technical skills, productivity, and compliance with work procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
Gender: Male/Female.
Age: 30–45 years old.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 3–5 years of experience in SMT manufacturing or a similar position.
Proven experience in team management, manpower allocation, and employee training.
Strong ability to manage a team, assign tasks, and monitor production progress.
Good problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
Good English communication skills; Korean language skills are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Benefits
Salary: VND 30-40 million/month + overtime allowance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).
13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.
Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.
Company shuttle bus provided from Hải Phòng city to the factory.
