Purchasing Specialist (Japanese) - Hung Yen
Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Execute domestic and international purchasing activities, ensuring an adequate supply of raw materials for production.
Source, evaluate, and develop the domestic and international supplier network.
Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, payment terms, warranties, and other related commercial terms.
Execute VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) activities, optimize costs, and localize the supply chain.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, and propose improvement plans when necessary.
Develop departmental KPIs and monitor, evaluate performance results.
Train new employees and perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an equivalent position in procurement; preference is given to candidates with experience working in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) manufacturing companies.
Good communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills; deep understanding of purchasing conditions and commercial terms.

Salary: 17,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND
Working hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday - Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.
13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave.
