1. Job Description

   • Leadership Support & Team Coordination: Assist senior management in leading the team, coordinating, and guiding EHS compliance management across factory areas.

   • External Audits & Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party organizations during audits and inspections, ensuring EHS operations strictly comply with legal frameworks and stakeholder requirements to drive sustainable, safe growth.

   • Operational Management: Build, monitor, and update CSR documentation systems to meet legal, client, and third-party standards. Establish and maintain an EHS legal database, keeping it regularly updated as the baseline for internal audits.

   • Internal Management & Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of compliance engineering team leaders and client audit engineers across factories. Supervise, direct, guide, and inspect the performance of engineers assigned to specific plant areas.

   • Government & External Relations: Support management in working with state regulatory agencies to ensure plants fully meet legal requirements regarding safety, environment, and health. Proactively liaise, coordinate, respond to, and handle inquiries from clients and partners regarding EHS activities.

2. Requirements

   • Education: College degree or higher majoring in Environmental Science, Safety, Management, or related fields.

   • Experience: Minimum 4 years of EHS experience, including at least 3 years in an equivalent role within medium to large-scale enterprises (workforce of 2,000–5,000 employees).

   • Key Requirement: Proven experience undergoing and passing Apple client audits.

   • Language: Fluent in English.

   • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, organizational, cross-functional collaboration, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

   • Exceptional external relations, problem-solving, and emergency management capabilities.

   • Deep understanding of enterprise safety management processes, paired with comprehensive mastery of legal documentation and related regulations.

   • Service-oriented mindset, logical thinking, and high attention to detail.
