1. JOB DESCRIPTION

   • Cleanroom Environment Monitoring & Control: Monitor and ensure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, cleanliness, and air exchange rates comply with cleanroom standards (Class 100, 1,000, 10,000). Conduct daily cleanroom inspections to promptly detect and address issues such as leaks, dust accumulation, or abnormal pressure differentials.

   • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Develop periodic maintenance and equipment/material replacement plans. Proactively handle arising incidents, especially emergency situations, to minimize impacts on production operations.

   • Personnel Management & Access Control: Train and guide employees on cleanroom gowning procedures, access regulations, and related requirements. Strictly control personnel, materials, and equipment entering/exiting the cleanroom; monitor and handle non-compliance cases.

   • Process Compliance & Certification: Maintain and update cleanroom operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. Coordinate with third-party testing agencies to conduct periodic assessments of particle counts, microbiology, differential pressure, and related criteria. Manage and maintain complete records and documentation for internal audits, customer audits, and certification activities.

   • Incident Investigation & Continuous Improvement: Perform root cause analysis for any abnormalities, propose corrective solutions, and track implementation effectiveness. Leverage operational data to optimize cleanroom layouts, filtration systems, and energy consumption, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency.

   • Safety & 5S: Ensure compliance with electrical safety, equipment safety, and fire prevention and fighting requirements. Implement and maintain 5S standards in the assigned area. Develop, update, and organize drills for emergency response plans (e.g., power outages, equipment failures, or contamination risks).

2. REQUIREMENTS

   • Education: College or Bachelor's degree in related fields.

   • Language: Good English proficiency; basic Chinese.

   • Experience: Experience in a similar role or as a Quality Engineer is preferred. However, freshers or inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply and will receive training.

   • Open to traveling to China for professional training opportunities.
