1. Job Description

   • Monitor and follow up daily purchase contracts, sales contracts, and futures contracts entered by the SCM Department.

   • Ensure all hedging-related transactions are accurately and timely recorded in the Hedge Accounting System.

   • Update daily settlement prices for all terminal months in the system.

   • Review and reconcile broker statements with reports generated from the hedge accounting system.

   • Verify and maintain proper linkage between futures positions and physical purchase/sales contracts.

   • Support monthly hedge accounting activities, including fair value assessment of sales contracts, purchase contracts, and inventory.

   • Assist in hedge effectiveness assessment and prepare internal reports as required.

   • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

   • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

   • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or related functions.

   • Knowledge of commodity markets and commodity futures trading, particularly coffee price risk management, is preferred.

   • Basic understanding of IFRS and hedge accounting principles is an advantage.

   • Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

   • Good command of English communication (mandatory).

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

   • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
