1. Job Description

   • Deploy, install, configure, integrate, test, optimize, and hand over network security products at customer sites.

   • Configure security policies and ensure system stability before and after deployment.

   • Provide remote and on-site technical support and troubleshoot technical issues.

   • Handle system faults and emergency incidents.

   • Prepare technical documents and user guidance.

   • Communicate with customers and provide technical solutions.

   • Travel for short-term business trips when required.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

   • More than 1 year of experience in network or security product deployment and delivery.

   • Experience with network security products such as: Security Information and Event Management, Network Detection and Response, Endpoint Detection and Response, Firewall, Sandbox.

   • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching, including OSPF, BGP, VLAN, and VPN.

   • Experience configuring network devices from major vendors.

   • Familiar with Linux and basic Shell or Python scripting.

   • Able to troubleshoot network issues using Wireshark or tcpdump.

   • Good customer communication and teamwork skills.

   • Able to work under project pressure and handle on-site issues independently.

   • Preferred: Experience with Security Operations Center operations and 24/7 security monitoring.

   • Preferred: Experience with managed security services.

   • Preferred: Experience in penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security incident response.

   • Preferred: Security or network certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, CCNP, or CCIE.
