1. Job responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inbound/outbound processing, packaging, and material dispensing.
• Control inventory, ensure data accuracy, and manage materials efficiently.
• Manage warehouse transactions on the SAP system (MM/Warehouse Management).
• Ensure timely material supply for production plans and customer orders.
• Optimize inventory levels, reduce dead/excess stock, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Build, train, and lead the warehouse team to achieve high performance.
• Control and maintain strict compliance with 5S, Safety, EHS, and Quality standards.
• Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Requirements

• Experience: 5 – 8 years of warehouse management experience in the manufacturing industry (Automotive industry experience is highly preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Highly proficient in warehouse operations, inventory control, and material management.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP MM/Warehouse Management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
