Training Officer (HR Department)

1. Job Description:

  • Deliver training programs for company staff and employees.

  • Prepare, develop, and improve training materials and programs.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.

  • Support and guide learners throughout the training process.

  • Manage and maintain training documents, reports, and equipment.

  • Perform reports and other tasks assigned by the management.

2. Requirements:

  • Preferably male; college or university graduate.

  • Good command of English.

  • Experience in education or corporate training is preferred.

  • Proactive, confident, and possesses strong communication skills.
