1. Job Description:

Deliver training programs for company staff and employees.

Prepare, develop, and improve training materials and programs.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.

Support and guide learners throughout the training process.

Manage and maintain training documents, reports, and equipment.

Perform reports and other tasks assigned by the management.
2. Requirements:

Preferably male; college or university graduate.

Good command of English.

Experience in education or corporate training is preferred.

Proactive, confident, and possesses strong communication skills.
