Job Description:
Head of Human Resources Administration in Hanoi
Location: Cau Giay, Ha Noi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management
- Recruitment & Training: Develop talent acquisition strategies, oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensure smooth onboarding and training for new hires.
- Performance Management: Implement performance review systems and support department managers in handling performance-related issues.
- Employee Relations: Resolve employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and foster a positive and engaging workplace environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs and ensure full compliance with labor regulations.
- Policies & Compliance: Update and enforce HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and conduct periodic audits of HR activities.
2. Administrative Management
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative procedures covering:
Office supplies, assets, and facility management
Internal events (meetings, celebrations, training, team-building activities)
Ensuring a clean, safe, and modern workspace
- Coordinate with departments to support administrative needs promptly and adequately.
- Monitor administrative budget and optimize operational costs.
3. HR Strategy
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational development plans.
- Propose and implement initiatives to enhance workflows, optimize workforce utilization, and improve overall work efficiency.
- Build and sustain a professional, friendly, and creative working environment to attract and retain talent.
- Support organizational changes and drive continuous improvement in HR and administrative operations.
- Ensure fair, transparent, and effective performance evaluation and staff development processes.
4. HR Services Management
Provide HR services supporting client companies operations, including:
- Labor law consulting and legal support
- HR outsourcing, payroll management, employee records, and insurance administration
- Professional skill training and HR data system development
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and applicable international standards
5. Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role in HR and Administration; experience in consulting firms, IT, or large corporations is preferred.
- Candidates can use English fluently at work
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and related regulations.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and internal customer service skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and quick decision-making
- Training and people development capability
- Proficiency in technology tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and other work-supporting platforms
