HR Generalist (Chonburi/Thailand)

 Job Description:

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Handle daily office administration and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
  • Manage external affairs including certifications, licenses, permits, and visa applications.
  • Support HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems, monitor KPIs, and assist in productivity improvement.
  • Address employee inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Thai labor laws.
  • Maintain HR records, manage employment contracts, and oversee office supplies.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited.
  • At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English or Chinese.
  • Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with initiative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in office computer skills.
  • Willingness to relocate and travel as required.
