HR Generalist (Chonburi/Thailand)
Job Description:
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle daily office administration and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
- Manage external affairs including certifications, licenses, permits, and visa applications.
- Support HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development.
- Implement performance appraisal systems, monitor KPIs, and assist in productivity improvement.
- Address employee inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive work environment.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Thai labor laws.
- Maintain HR records, manage employment contracts, and oversee office supplies.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited.
- At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English or Chinese.
- Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with initiative and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in office computer skills.
- Willingness to relocate and travel as required.
